Today we honor those brave men and women who gave their lives for our country and our freedom. Each and every one deserves our sincere thanks and gratitude, as do the families they left behind.
While we enjoy the good weather, family, friends and food today, let's all take a moment to reflect on what the day is really about. Thanking and honoring those fallen heroes who made it possible is the least we can do. Today is a celebration of them. One day a year is hardly enough for what they gave and sacrificed. Let's make it count.
